Order Your Repeat Prescription Online

If you need regular medication on a long term basis, your doctor will have set up details of this in your computerised medical record.

Please use the order form you receive with your most recent prescription to re-order your next prescription. Order forms may be handed in or sent to the Health Centre, or you may choose to take your order form into the local chemist of your choice, which will pass it on to us for issuing.

Please allow 2 working days for repeat prescriptions left at the surgery and longer if you leave your re-order form with a local chemist.

Please DO NOT TELEPHONE your request for a prescription. Drug names and doses are easily confused with possible serious consequences.
